Advancing (beta)
You can now create advancing forms and send them directly to the promoter or client.
- Custom forms: Create forms with the exact questions you need answered for a booking.
- Multiple forms per artist: Assign more than one form to an artist — for example, a general advancing form and an artist-specific one.
- Flexible deadlines: Set a default return deadline in days, or define a specific deadline per form and per booking when needed.
- Field locking & audit trail: Mark fields as checked to lock them for client editing. The agent who checked the field and the date are automatically recorded.
- Automatic sharing with artist team: Once an advancing form is checked (closed), the data becomes instantly available to your artist team.
- Clear deadline tracking: Monitor returned and overdue forms directly from your Dashboard and Bookings.
- Fully branded forms: Design professional-looking forms by setting:
- a background image
- your company colours and logo
- artist banners displayed within the form
- Send itinerary: When a submitted form is checked, the completed fields automatically become visible on the itinerary.
Filters
Filters across all tables have been completely reworked. All Bookings and Invoices tables now include:
- Period selector: Choose between Month, Quarter, Year to date, and Year. Easily navigate to the previous or next period using the navigation buttons.
- Instant updates: Tables now reload automatically when a filter is changed.
- Active filter indicator: A visual indicator shows when one or more filters are active.
Bookings
We’ve added status cards to the Bookings table to highlight upcoming actions. Clicking a card instantly applies the corresponding filter. Available cards:
- Requests, Options & Opportunities: Shows all upcoming bookings of these types, regardless of due date.
- Follow-up: Shows Requests, Options, and Opportunities where the follow-up date
(or option expiry date) has passed. You can also set a follow-up date in the filter to see which bookings require follow-up this week or later.
- Advancing: Shows all confirmed bookings where the deadline for returning the advancing form has passed.
- Send contracts: Shows all bookings with contracts that have not yet been sent.
Contract sending can be disabled per booking via the action button.
- Counter sign: Shows all bookings where the client has signed the contract and your counter signature is still required.
- Contracts late: Shows all bookings where the client did not return the contract in time.
Additionally:
- All status icons now show a tooltip on hover.
Invoices
The same filtering concept has been applied to Invoices. Available cards:
- Send invoices: All Concept and Not sent invoices.
- Outstanding invoices: All outstanding invoices, including Overdue and Reminded.
- Overdue invoices: All overdue invoices for which no reminder has been sent yet.
- Reminder sent: All overdue invoices where a reminder has been sent and the new payment due date has not yet passed.
Additionally:
- New action buttons allow you to send reminders or register payments directly from the table.
- We’ve added counters to the invoice tab menu showing:
- how many send and outstanding invoices there are
- how many invoices still need to be created for bookings
Purchase Invoices
In the previous update, we introduced purchase invoices. Based on your feedback, we’ve improved this feature further.
- All purchases visible in Assign: All purchases are now shown in the Assign section under Purchases, making it easier to review and manage them.
- Disable purchase invoice checking per booking: You can now disable purchase invoice checking for individual purchases within a booking.
- Improved filtering and bulk selection: In the Assign section, you can:
- filter purchases by creditor
- select multiple bookings at once to add them to a purchase invoice
This is especially useful for artists or suppliers who send a consolidated monthly invoice.
Invoice relation
Previously, you could set a separate invoice address per booking. We’ve now introduced invoice relations. You can assign a different contact as the invoice relation on the client. Invoices for booking for that client will automatically use that contact’s details.
Instant Help
We’ve added Instant Help to most pages to make it easier to understand how everything works.
- A help icon (?) now appears in the top-right corner of pages where additional guidance is available.
- Click the icon to get contextual explanations for the page you’re currently on.
- Each section and component on the page is clearly explained, so you know exactly what it does.
