Your account settings are the foundation for how ArtwinLive behaves for everyone who works in the account. Start with company details, because these details are reused in outgoing communication, contracts, invoices and public-facing material. Then review user preferences, email sending, document layout and security so the daily workflow feels consistent.
Daily navigation
- Use the left menu for the main work areas: dashboard, planning, tasks, contacts, artists or teams, bookings, invoices, purchases and insights.
- Use global search to jump quickly to bookings, contacts and other records. On most keyboards this is opened with Command-K or Control-K.
- Use the booking shortcut when you want to create a booking directly, and use the create menu for other new records or actions.
- Use the account menu for your own profile, language, theme, password, two-factor login, sessions and account settings.
Settings that shape the whole app
- Company details influence the sender identity, document data and the business information shown in generated files.
- Email sending and templates decide how invoices, contracts and other messages are sent and which text is used by default.
- Document layout and business identity control the look of contracts, invoices and files.
- Labels, categories and custom fields make booking and relation data easier to organize in your own language.
- Agent access and permissions decide who can manage settings, see financial details, create bookings or work only in selected areas.
Security and access
Use password, connected login methods, two-factor login and active sessions to keep access under control. When someone leaves the organization, review agent access and active sessions instead of only changing shared passwords. For team members connected to artists, manage access from the artist team page.
